Against the enforcement notice(s) served by Canterbury City Council.
The notice(s) allege(s):
Without planning permission the material change of use of land for the stationing of mobile homes, residential mobile homes, use as a caravan site with ancillary and facilitating developments comprised of the erection of fences, gates and posts, the erection of outbuildings, sheds and timber structures, kennels, lookouts, piggeries, extensions, porches, verandas, steps, generators, hard surfaces and hardstanding, the storage of vehicles, and residential paraphernalia, the storage of a digger, the keeping of animals, the storage of waste, boats, hardcore and rubbish, and the use of the land for craft activities.
Without planning permission, operational development consisting of the erection of three residential buildings including, verandas, porches, steps and extensions, means of enclosures, a number of outbuildings, piggeries, lookouts, the laying of hardstanding and hard surfaces.
